The Company

Founded in 2019 by the seasoned shipping industry leader Oleksandr “Alex” Bilokon, Thalesians Marine Ltd is a global service provider to the transport and financial services sectors. The Company combines decades of experience and domain knowledge with the latest advances in technology and science, including high-performance computing (HPC), big data, data science, and artificial intelligence (AI) / machine learning (ML).

We work closely with our clients and partners to deliver disruptive innovation, increase efficiency and profitability, and foster sustainable growth in our target sectors, both in the United Kingdom and worldwide.

The Company operates from Level39, Britain’s leading financial technology incubator, situated in the heart of Canary Wharf, part of London’s central business district.

Our headquarters: Level39

Level39 was originally conceived as “Europe’s largest accelerator space for finance and retail technology start-ups” (International Business Times).

Today, Level39 is the world’s most connected tech community, which supports fast-growth tech companies in three clear ways – giving access to world-class customers, talent, and infrastructure.

Through expert mentors, access to Canary Wharf’s dynamic workspace, a packed events calendar, and best-in-class facilities Level39 helps businesses achieve scale.

Owned wholly by the Canary Wharf Group, Level39 launched in March 2013. Since then, Level39 has grown from a simple idea into a three-floor, 80,000 square foot community space occupying the 39th, 26th, and 24th floors of One Canada Square.
